The box was crumpled, but thanks to a good package inside everything came intact. Flask for coffee plastic :( the lower part from the main unfastened to be removed in the refrigerator for example. Also included is a tube for cooling, pour water and freezer, then put in a jug and voila.

glass arrived intact! very happy so far. I just put the grounds in - 1 cup worth fills the sleeve perfectly. 4 cups of water fills up most of the glass so we'll see after 12 hours or so. thanks .
Delivery to Germany was quick (about 14 days). Sadly the filter had a hole at the bottom so at first I could not use the filter. Seller reshipped a second filter. Thumbs up for that. Ps: The coffee maker is not good for making cold brew because you cannot put enough coffee powder inside. Nevertheless the glass is very nice and has a high quality.
